The ideal protection is to be certain to have more Light energy in you and radiating from you and your sacred space.  However, there may be times when crystals and stones can add a protective vibration as well.  AMBER

Amber has always been known as a highly protective stone against any type of negativity.  If you sense something amiss in the air or your psychic frequencies detect something odd, amber is especially helpful if the negativity comes from psychic sources.  Its golden warm rays give a sense of courage that all will be well.  Amber will surround you with an energetic shield, making you feel safe with its strong earth frequencies.
